What is Respect-Focused Therapy?

RFT is a therapeutic approach developed by Susanne over the four decades she has practiced.

The primary emphasis of RFT is on providing deep, unconditional respect in such a way that allows each person to feel heard, understood and accepted regardless of ethnicity, background, sexual orientation, gender, disability , worldviews and unique perspectives based on their lived experience.

In this process clients have the opportunity to reach a higher level of self- respect and greater respect for others, allowing for healthier wellbeing and more satisfying relationships.
